Sample charge: according to your design
Sample time: 2-3 days
Sample cost will refund or not according to the order qty.

Bulk lead time: 3-5 days base on your quantity, after sample approval and deposit received

Artwork may be rejected if:
Fonts are not outlined
Incorrect template is used
Artwork submitted does not match order form.

Payment:
30% TT deposit, balance before delivery or against copy BL.
Other specific issues can negotiate.

How to place an order

1) choose the product you need and send us an inquiry.
2) after confirm the price and all the details, you can pay deposit to us
3) we'll arrange sample making while receive the deposit
4) send you sample to check, if ok, we'll do mass production
5) the balance should be paid after you see the BL copy, but if you ship the goods by air or express, should transfer the payment before shipping
6) after-sales severice
